D&D 3E/3.5 3.5 Killoren and Alter Self?

Killoren, a LA+0 Race from Races of the Wild, are Fay.

Does anyone have a link, or some good suggestions, that a Fay PC might consider when using the Alter Self spell?

Remember that you are limited to creatures that are 5 HD or less, and are within one size category.

So, for example, if you're a Medium sized creature, Grigg is Tiny, and off your list.

Bog Imp from Hero's of horror are a good option.
