Would a creature affected by a spirit naga's charming gaze radiate magic? Its a supernatural effect so not technically a spell.

If not, what ways are there of detecting it and removing it?

It acts like Charm Person so I'd treat it as that for Detect magic.

But I'm not sure what the official rule is.
