is there anything RAW that say you could choose to not take a feat at the level given (Every 3rd level) to intentionally put it off, so as to acquire a few more levels worth of skills/class abilities/other prereqs?
What if I could qualify for that feat I reeeealy want at level 7? I couldn't get it at level 6, I don't want to wait until level 9. I want to skip acquiring a feat at 6, and get it at 7.
Is this concept supported by RAW anywhere?
