This is the first of several changes I plan to make to the core 3.5 classes. The ones which will be changing:

Bard
Cleric
Fighter
Ranger (Adding in and changing the CW Non-casting Ranger)
Rogue (Adding a tree like rangers: Sneaky or Fighter type rogues)
Sorcerer (changed to Wild Sorcerer and Blooded Sorcerer)
Wizard

So, for my first installment, I present the Wild Sorcerer:

Any/all input is welcome. My goal is to make the base classes more appealing all the way through. I started with the Sorcerer because I felt it was the most in need.

My general design principle is going to be a combination of Ranger's feat-tree idea along with the Rogue's Special Ability selection idea.

Can I just re-iterate how annoying it is to see MS word docs instead of HTML or (best of all) nicely formatted right-in-the-post BB code?

Okay, as to your class, you grant an obscenely powerful spellcasting ability at 1st level, but no actual useful spells until 3rd level (when the dude gets his first 1st level spell). Neither aspect is balanced -- 1st level dudes need 1st level spells if you intend to make them primary spellcasters, and 12th level dudes with 18 Charisma don't need to act like they're 18th level for 5 rounds/day.
