well, that's just it. if they were postponing the release to clean some stuff up, i'd expect it to take longer than a week.
for creative delays, i'd expect and am fine with a few weeks, a few months, whatever.
one week screams "technical difficulties" to me, like something got messed up at the printers or in the distribution channels.
