D&D 3.x 3.5 Stats for Tharizdun

I thought I would come up with some stats for Tharizdun based on the other deities' stats from Deities & Demigods. This isn't perfect, so please give criticism and suggestions.

Something to keep in mind: Tharizdûn is also an Elder Evil, so here's a couple of things he has:

Anathemic Secrecy: Tharizdûn is immune to divine divination spells and effects.

He also needs another Elder Evil trait, which would most likely be the one his spawn, Shothragot, has.

Also:

Legendary Resistance (3/day): If Tharizdûn fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

2, and the important thing: Tharizdûn is not only a deity, he's also an Elder Evil.
As such, not only is he in need of Epic Feats, he and his Aspect also needs a couple Malefic Properties from the Elder Evils book.

Anathemic Secrecy (SU): Tharizdûn is immune to all divine divination spells and effects.
This ability is always active.
(Note: All Elder Evils have Anathemic Secrecy.)

I would recommend either Dark Visiting or Discord And Woe for his second Malefic Property, but that's just me.

He also needs a Sign Of Apocalypse, as an Elder Evil about to awaken, arrive ir break free is heralded by one of those.

Shothragot, his spawn/first Aspect, has Seal Of Binding, which makes divine magic become harder to cast, but I could also see a variation of the Blood Moon Sign Of Apocalypse work.
