I haven't seen anything about this, but I was looking at Dragon 309, specifically the Beasts of the Battlefield article, and I noticed in the Undead and Contruct traits, it says they are not subject to nonlethal damage instead of subdual damage. Did I miss something? Is 3.5 going to use nonlethal damage in place of subdual damage, ala d20 Modern? Thanks.
