[3.5] The Sage and Tower Shields

Forgive me if this has been mentioned.

In the transcript of the Sage Advice Chat, (see main page) Skip mentioned that Tower Shields will no longer provide cover, but give an AC bonus (shield bonus?) "like a larger shield."

Interesting tidbit dropped in there.

Yes, I noticed that. I even sent Morrus an email for the 3.5e page. They did it that way in the CRPG Neverwinter Nights, interestingly enough.

The movable wall aspect is a pretty huge part of the military tactics used by the PCs' homeland in my Light Against the Dark story hour. It makes sense; it works; I'm keepin' it .
