D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Warlock and General Question

Full-round attack with a Vitrolic Eldritch Glaive deals 28d6+10 damage. Can maximize 3 times per day for 178 damage assuming all attacks hit. Can also quicken a standard Eldritch Blast for an additional 14d6 damage. Can see invisibility nonstop, and make 2 AoO's per round, which will increase with further levels. At level 16 will have Chilling Tentacles as well as Retributive Invisibility for both battlefield control and increased survivability. Pure combat aside, Charm allows for manipulation of NPC's, 1 at a time, more or less enslaved indefinitely. May take levels as a fighter beyond 15 for additional feats to use with Eldritch Glaive, as well as increased HD, though will probably stick with pure Warlock for Path of Shadow, an unlimited-use group teleportation.(EDIT: I think I fixed everything concerning having too many attacks, let me know if I missed anything and thanks for any and all advice/help (As always :P))

How do you get +10 damage on your attack?

How do you get more than 1 AoO per round? - limit is 1 unless take a feat like combat reflexes which allows you to have up to you Dex mod in AoO per round.

Can't take weapon focus - glaive unless you are already proficient with the weapon and none of your classes give you that proficiency. You should be able to take weapon focus - EB though and depending on how the Dm rules that the E. Glaive works it may apply. If they rule it functions just like the weapon they you may be screwed.

Feats:
Soulmeld: Strongheart Vest
Combat Reflexes
Maximize Spell-like ability: Eldritch Blast
Quicken Spell-like ability: Eldritch Blast
Weapon Focus: Glaive
Reach Weapon Fighting: Glaive

I did get Combat Reflexes

I noticed the whole not proficient thing while reading over the feat, but my DM said to just go ahead and take it as Glaive anyways as though I were proficient and we'll just treat the spell like an actual weapon, which is why I added in the +10 from strength bonus on the attacks (+5 from each strike), though that's wrong as well since Eldritch Glaive treats EB as a melee touch attack. From what I understood it just treated it as an actual weapon though, so I kinda rolled with that. Over all my character's kinda extremely flawed right now, though compared to a friend's I'm not too worried. He's got over 50 AC on his character at level 12? That kinda threw me off a bit, lol

But you only have a +1 Dex mod so you still only get 1 AoO per round.

From the SRD

Benefit: You may make a number of additional attacks of opportunity equal to your Dexterity bonus.
With this feat, you may also make attacks of opportunity while flat-footed

From what book is the reach weapon feat?

Helfire Warlock's +1 invoking class only adds to invovations know, CL and EB damage - you don't gain other class abilities like your DR is only 2/Cold iron not 3 and you don't energy resistance yet (need to be 10th level not 9th).

Charm also doesn't work the way you think - it absolutely does not enslave NPCs. It works like charm person

From the SRD

This charm makes a humanoid creature regard you as its trusted friend and ally (treat the target’s attitude as friendly). If the creature is currently being threatened or attacked by you or your allies, however, it receives a +5 bonus on its saving throw.
The spell does not enable you to control the charmed person as if it were an automaton, but it perceives your words and actions in the most favorable way. You can try to give the subject orders, but you must win an opposed Charisma check to convince it to do anything it wouldn’t ordinarily do. (Retries are not allowed.) An affected creature never obeys suicidal or obviously harmful orders, but it might be convinced that something very dangerous is worth doing. Any act by you or your apparent allies that threatens the charmed person breaks the spell. You must speak the person’s language to communicate your commands, or else be good at pantomiming

If your DM is treating exactly like the weapon then drop Combat Reflexes and take Power Attack.

Power Attack is your friend with a 2 handed weapon (like a glaive) - subtract up to your BAB from your melee attack and add double that number to your damage. Applies for the entire round (i.e., all attacks you make including AoO).

Since it attacks as a touch attack you end up being way ahead.
