D&D 3E/3.5 3.5e: Arcane Spell Failure

An armor made of Mithral has -10% Miss Chance. Giving it Twilight property lowers the miss chance by another 10%. -20% in total.

Is this the limit? Or can you further reduce the arcane spell failure chance of an armor?

Some classes (most of them are prestige, I guess) has similar class abilities. But this time forget about them. I am specifically looking for some special material, magic armor property and such. Not a PC's ability.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. That is perfect for my need. So a Feycraft or Githcraft Mithral Full-Plate with Twilight property has arcane spell failure chance of only 10%. And thus a level dip in Spellsword allows a PC to wear it without any failure chance!
