This is going to be a little tricky to pull off, since feats are built on different assumptions between 3.5e and 5e, and I'll be trying to preserve the way that Draconic feats build upon each other.
I am skipping Draconic Heritage since it was only ever a gateway to the better feats. All [DRACONIC] feats should be assumed to have a prerequisite of having some connection to dragonkind, whether through background, race, or class selection.
Draconic Claw [DRACONIC]
Prerequisite: Must have a dragon ancestor or draconic totem.
Draconic Senses [DRACONIC]
Prerequisite: Must have a dragon ancestor or draconic totem.

Draconic Claw [DRACONIC]
Prerequisite: Must have a dragon ancestor or draconic totem.
- You gain a claw attack. This attack deals 1d4 + your Str or Dex modifier.
- When you use your action to cast a spell or make an attack, you may make a single attack with your claw as a bonus action.
- If you have two or more Draconic feats, your claw attacks deal bonus energy damage of the type of your draconic ancestor equal to one-half the number of Draconic feats you have.
- If you have three or more Draconic feats, you gain a Bite attack that deals 1d8 + your Str modifier + bonus energy damage and may take the Multiattack action to attack with 2 claws and 1 bite.
Draconic Senses [DRACONIC]
Prerequisite: Must have a dragon ancestor or draconic totem.
- You gain Darkvision 60 and proficiency in Perception.
- If you have two or more Draconic feats, you gain Blindsight 5.
- If you have three or more Draconic feats, the range on all senses granted by this feat is doubled and you may add twice your proficiency bonus to Perception checks.
