Can anybody tell me if there are official conversion notes for the MMII? Are they in the revised Monster Manual? At wizards.com? Stored on your desktop?

Funny you mention that... the "next issue" blurb in Dragon says "3.5 ORIENTAL ADVENTURES!"

3.5E/3E ~ 1.1666+ (the E's cancel out), so you multiply all the monsters' hit dice by that factor. It's pretty obvious, really.

I think soem monsters from MM2 were completely converted in the 3.5 MM as well... but I could be wrong.
