3 Books or Set?

You know, I was just on the Wizards website checking out prices for 3.5 core materials...and it occured to me, that Wizards is ripping people off by selling the 3 book core set (3.5 PHB, 3.5 MHB, and 3.5 DMG). If you take the normal retail price of the 3 core books all together in a set 89.95, it actually comes out 10 cents more than buying all 3 books seperately 89.85. Anyone else notice this?

Yeah, real special, you get a little 5 sided box to slip your books into. The whole idea of buying in bulk is generally to get something for cheaper, not for MORE.

It's very standard for a boxed set of books. Take a look at your local bookstore and see if you save any money on gift sets of fiction books.
