D&D 4E 3.Xe + 4e Hybrid System

We need to have a huge "hybridization" thread in house rules or somewhere when the time comes... I'd be very interested in this as well.

My mind gears are already spinning on how to hybridize the two when 4E comes out. I can say that if this ever happens that I would try and help some.

Well, if there are some rule tidbits that can be easily plugged into the old system to get rid of some clunky rules, I might consider it.

I'm also planning on ripping out some of the rules fixes from 4E and putting them into 3.5 if I don't convert, but I'm still on the fence - lots of cool sounding things in 4e, and lots that make me cringe.
