I have an idea for a skald-type Hobgoblin Valourous Bard, leading from the frontline, inspiring confidence in his allies and berating his foes. If not, I'm thinking a gnomish-cunning bard, leading from the rear.

This game can be done "kick in the door" style, or "you all meet in a tavern" style. Either way the out of dungeon stuff will be light. Vote. Let me know.

Gameplay will run similarly to my other games.
I will roll all the PC's initiatives. I will roll one initiative for the monsters.

The encounter starts with either the full monster turn, or the turn of which PCs beat the monsters. It will then alternate players and DM.

Initiative is resolved in post order. We are operating on a gentleman's agreement not to abuse "till the end of your next turn" mechanics.

I will provide at least hp and defenses for the monsters. You determine your succwess or failure and narrate accordingly. I will likely give OA info. Unless an OA is a ridiculously bad idea assume the monsters will take them and roll/narrate accordingly.

I have not yet made up my mind on treasure. I think I have an idea but it is germinating.

In the rogue's gallery, do you want a full character sheet rather than a summary. I've got no problem working up a sheet and making it beautiful for the RG, I just wanted the summary here so others could play off of him or let me know that I would need to change something
