3E dragonlance Draconians

Are there any official stats out there for the Draconians? If so were they published as a download or if in a book does anyone know which?

Yes.

The novel Draconian Measures contains an appendix with stats for draconians in 3rd edition, written by Steve Miller.

A couple of those were reprinted on the WotC Dragonlance site, back before WotC completely canceled Dragonlance. They might be still floating around there somewhere.

Stats for a couple times of Draconians also appear in the adventure Anvil of Time which originally appeared in Dungeon magazine #86 and was reprinted in the Dragonlance anthology, Best of Tales II.

For the Dragonlance Campaign Sourcebook, Summer can't come any sooner for me.

Thankfully, it will be available in 2003.
