3rd Party Companies

Are there any 3rd party companies that have announced intentions to continue producing 3.5 material after 4E comes out?

Most have either tentatively announced support for 4e or have said it will depend on when they get a copy of the rules and the new OGL.

I and Jeremy discussed the idea of continouing to support 3.5E with Dreamscarred Press products as long as it is viable for us to do it (ie there are fans who buy our stuff).

Has anyone said whether or not the 3rd party companies have received a copy of the rules yet? It seems like it's been at least a couple of weeks since Paizo and Necromancer were saying that they would get them soon.
