You cant update or change powers (as far as i know)but just make a new one with the same name that has the new flavour.

Right there is no formatting no mechanical back end, no ability to make it even look similar to the rest... it is plain text input of name and notes ... bleh.

If they added in such abilities, people would be able to create the updates themselves and spread them around for free. I imagine that this, combined with the effort of making a user-friendly tool, is the reason they haven't implemented such things.
