There is a 3.0 Kingdoms of Kalamar book (now OOP) and the Atlas (also OOP) which looks like is what is contained in this CS book.

Well, I do have the 3E KoK book, but not the atlas. Still, should at one point I decide to go forward with 4E, it would be nice to have an old school setting for the new rules.
