I would peg him as mid-Paragon level under the new reckoning, as opposed to Aragorn, who is mid to high Heroic level.Honestly, I think a good argument can be made that Frodo and Sam (especially Sam) were higher level than Aragorn by the end of the story, thanks to how much they went through in their hard march to Mt. Doom, and the kinds of things they actually fought and survived, with no support or back-up.</blockquote>
