True. Technically, you don't even need the "level 3+" prerequisite, but I tossed that in just to keep someone from "accidentally" tossing away their only Encounter power for a couple levels. Better to wait till they have 2 of them and can make a slightly better choice.

Raging Blows and you're coming with me are Insane, especially Raging Blows, which I would tune down to "till the beginning of your next turn).

The level requirement allows you to balance it as a third level power. It's great design imo.
