D&D 4E 4E French Edition announced!

Books translated in France has to be shipped to Quebec. So they are about double the cost compared to the english books. It's a big difference when you have to buy the 3 core books. On the other hand, you just know that most splatbooks won't be translated as quickly, so if you understand english, you're more than likely better off buying the books in english.

I'm from Québec and I would never even think about buying the French edition.

One of the reason is the France French feel.

Pit Fiend -> Diantre fosse in 3.x was my favorite !

But, even with an International or Québec French feel, I would still probably use the English original version.

If it was not of D&D and NES games, I wouldn't be writing here afterall...

I have stopped playing D&D for a long time, and I'm looking for a group of players in MTL interested in 4E. Let me know if anybody need a new player.
