You actually end up with 3 bonus encounter powers and 2 bonus daily powers, but the floating idea would work if you didn't want to hand out as many powers. My goal was for characters to be able to get most of the highlight powers of each class without having to sit and stress as much between "this? or this?" as they do with hybrids.

*facepalms self* I didn't realize that your "choice" levels were not of levels that you actually receive powers of that type. It shows that I need to look at things a tad bit more closely in the future (no promises though!).
