[4e] IG's The Witchlight Strand [OOC]

Sahyr could shift over and attack the goblin(Which he likely would do if the creature attacked the clothwearing guy like a coward). I don't know if he'd get the flanking advantage since Pier is dying though.

Sounds like a good idea? Particularly since if Vatan stays put, he and Sahyr would be flanking the bugbear unless he moved again.

IG - Which side did Vatan throw the caster on, ours or the other bank? He has every intention of recovering that body, if only to search the damn thing. If it means swimming to the other side, so be it.

Yours, although the ship has moved quite a bit since then. Still, you might be able to find him.

As I read the rules, the Heal check stabilizes me at 0 HP, but I either need someone to use a healing power or I need an extended rest before I become conscious and can actually regain any HP. Correct?

And did I manage to retain my staff?

So what do we see around the bank. Are there trees, hills, scrub ? If we walk away will we be leaving a trail a mile wide. Does it look like there might be water away from the river. And is this river sailed a lot or are we not likely to see someone for quite a while. What about time of day too - are we in mid day, evening, morning etc. Part of me think sheeeet, just head back towards Port Magalie... and try again but that would be dull.

I reckon we need to get away from the ship perhaps back down river for a bit or get some cover and make camp and get Pier back up again.

Looking at the above cutaway, you are in the last bend of the Crescent River before the lake, directly north of the "e" in Port Magalie. You're on the edge of the Liaglades, so there are trees and brush all around. The sun has set, but only just. There is no need to get away from the ship; as stated in the previous description, the ship has continued downstream of its own accord.

The odds of seeing another ship in this area anytime soon are poor.
