D&D 4E 4e price increase?

Um, did you miss the part where I said a big chain bookstore might benefit from such a sale through increased foot traffic?

My comments were specifically directed at small retailers, along the lines of a FLGS or a RPG dev house.

Seeing as how Borders sells a large quantity of WoTC, White Wolf and occassionally other products... not quite sure I agree with ya.

My gripe with Borders is that they don't have a dedicated RPG section. They just scatter them all over the Fantasy and Sci-Fi section of their store.

Even their Border Monthly newsletter don't have a dedicated RPG feature, but manga does. Go figure. :\

That's not hard to figure at all. Manga is more popular than D&D. At least it sells more.

Both of the ones in my area do. They have their own section (or at times, sub-section) in the sci-fi/fantasy area.

I did get some Dreamblade boosters at my FLGS during the Black Friday sale. Even though I don't play, at 2 for $5 I figured I'd likely get my money's worth in figures I can use in D&D.
