D&D 4E 4E "Return to" adventures

Early in 3E, we got to return to the Temple of Elemental Evil.

3.5 gave us a return to Castle Ravenloft, Castle Greyhawk, and the Isle of Dread among other iconic places.

Do you think we'll see -- or would you like to see -- a return to some other iconic adventure under 4E, hopefully early on?

Personally, I'd love to see a revisit of a classic not yet re-envisioned, for example a return to the Desert of Desolation.

Imo the top three classic adventures are Against the Giants, Keep on the Borderlands and Tomb of Horrors. You see those namechecked more than any others.

I also like Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth purely because of the name. I've never played or read it but the name feels very D&D-y to me.

We'll probably see a "return to" module, but I'd rather not see them. I prefer new material to nostalgia.

Not a "Return" per se, but an update (think Marvel's Ultimate line, or DC's Golden Age/Silver Age reimagining) of:

Keep on the Borderlands
Ghost Tower of Inverness
Village of Homlett

Obviously, any 4E "Return" is going to have to take the new encounter-building rules into account, so it's probably going to differ a little more than the 3E conversions did. I don't think that's a bad thing at all, just something to keep in mind.

That said, I'd love to see (or work on) Keep on the Borderlands, White Plume Mountain, or (and especially) Palace of the Silver Princess for 4E. (Always felt that last one had great potential that the original kinda failed to reach, honestly.)
