Howdy Primitive Screwhead!
You have to remember though that in a print document, those two pages will be facing, so the Mini-Table (at the start of the Vampire Monster section) will be on the first double-page spread (on the right hand page).
I watched the RPGNow video on how to set up your document for print. Seems straightforward although it will probably take 2 days of work to get it done - you basically have to rebuild the whole document using copy and paste, tweaking image dpi's and so forth.
I'm also wondering whether to make the document black & white or colour (you have to build it in two separate templates if you want both options), and whether it should be softcover or hardcover.
I think 64 pages is too few for a hardcover, so I'll probably go softcover at this juncture. But when I get the three volumes combined it will make sense as a hardcover.

Primitive Screwhead said:Yes, and I figured that might be the reason.. it just struck me as odd to have very handy reference table tucked into the middle of the content.

and yes, I plan on using the Print on Demand later!
