+5 (Inherent)!? What´s that!?

Charisma: 18 (base) + 5 (inherent) + 6 (cloak) + 3 (age) = 32.

I saw this above somewhere, but I don´t understand this
+5(inherent) !?
What does it mean!? Is it a spell, or an iten!?

It's in the DMG, section on bonuses from magic items.

Essentially it is a bonus from wishes or a Tome of Leadership and Influence or somesuch.

Inherent bonuses are those granted by spells or magic items, such as Tomes that increase your ability scores, or the ability increase you can get from a Wish spell.

Like, for example, the cloack of charisma +6 is about 32000gp, how much would cost an robe (or anything else) with inherent +5 to the charisma ability!?

It's not a magical item. You read one of those Tomes, and you get the bonus. You cannot make a robe with an inherent bonus. Read the DMG. (RTFM!)

It's like increasing your stat permanently, but giving it a bonus name so it does not stack.

A Tome giving a +5 inherent bonus is a one-use item, which costs 137,500 g.p.

When you say "this page", do you mean this page as in this thread this page? Or do you mean the SRD "this page" if that's the page you're on. And if it's the later, why would you need a link to "this page" on "this page" when "this page" is the page you're on?
