Bruce Cordell seems to think that a character can only take a single free action in a round (pg 80, under instinctive dispatcher). Which is disturbing for someone who's officially adding to the ruleset.

Nothing says you can only have one ring on a finger, guys. I've seen plenty of people with multiple rings per finger. I think 4 each is perfectly reasonable.

You may be able to cram 4 onto a finger.

IIRC, magic rings resize to fit the wearer, so I'm assuming you could fit ~700 onto a 50' long tentacle and still be able to move?
