D&D 5E 5e CB's Stonefast OOC -- COMPLETE

Guys, I use your RG sheets during combat to adjudicate rounds and make decisions about who to attack. Are your sheets up to date? If not, have a go at them, please. If it helps, on September 13, I tabulated where everyone should be for hp after going through the entire IC. What follows is everyone's damage suffered as of today, September 27. If healing has occurred between now and the sarcophagus room, it's not included (but I don't recall anyone saying they healed):

Spec: Down -5 hp (-5 from hand, -6 from hand, then healed for 9 hp, then -3 hp from armoire).
Roscoe: Full up. (-2 hp from orc bodyguard 2, -4 hp from hand, then healed by Spec for 8 hp).
Fulgrim: Full up (but arcane ward suffered -1 hp from armoire).
Colden: Down - 13 hp (-11 hp from kobold crossbow bolts in previous battle, -2 hp from armoire).
Guran: Down -8 hp (-1 hp from armoire, -7 hp from kobold archer).

I've done my perking on where to take Stonefast in the future. The main thing I recognize in myself is that I want to finish a PbP project and be able to rotate out games. I'd like one long term game and then a series of short term games on rota. The short term games will have hard end date caps. Upshot: I'm going to angle toward having us finish Stonefast, and then it will close, at which point I will take a rest for a bit and then start new game. Probably Out of the Abyss done up beautifully and correctly, with nice maps, a committed posting rate, and a DM far more thoroughly educated in running 5e than she was when we started Stonefast. :) I've already slowly but steadily started purchasing what I need to be able to successfully run OotA (the DMG and MM, Jared Blando's digital maps, the hardcover of the campaign, and MS Office for the laptop I purchased back in March). I'm going to run a hellishly fast-past Castle Amber from October 1 to November 1, at which point Castle Amber closes and Stonefast becomes my priority so that we can finish.

Some of you know I also run a d20 Modern game here on EN World called Grim Frequencies. That one will need to wrap up, too. We're coming up on the year mark in that game, just as we are in Stonefast. My thoughts for Grim Frequencies are less well-formed, save that I intend to wrap it up with a concluding mission for the gang over there. Grim Frequencies is a game featuring a series of missions with a common thread running between them, so concluding it neatly with a red ribbon is within the realm of possibility.

. . . and all of us Stonefasteners who want to be accepted into your OotA game will have to roll up gnomes named 'Boddynock,' right? :)
