D&D 5E 5e Character Sheet

Well in the anticipation of waiting for 5e, I've been pondering what form the 5E character sheet would take.

Would it just be the one from the playtest with a few tweaks or will it be something else entirely.

Decided to ask the man himself.

Did anyone see this new character sheet at Origins or was it the playtest version ?

The system changed too much? This goes against the core being basically unchanged from the final playtest... hmmm.

You can see parts of it on the back of the starter box. Mostly covered up by the purple picture of goblins.

Yeah saw that, but that image has me wondering if that is the Character sheet or whether it is a Pre-gen variation. A more beginner friendly sheet that has number explanations on the sheet much like the pre-gens in the Pathfinder Beginner Box.
