The following is my current LFP. You can join through "click here to request to join" at the top of the game. You can see if there's a more recent version of the LFP on Roblijan beyond Thuoso?;.
On quite a large land* called Thuoso, on a continent called Roblijan, there has been relative peace for many years. The vast majority of potential large conflict get solved politically before a full mobilization, often with significant consequences. That significantly large land has physical barriers almost everywhere and the few places that don't are well guarded; most of the barriers are water and mountains. Some brave enough have ventured out, however only those that were skilled enough when leaving came back†. Most territories are large and controlled by a single authority, others are ever-changing alliances of smaller size. There are lawless parts in Thuoso, but as all regions are firmly controlled, usually by a friendly warning then assassination. In such a land the most successful adventurers are well-rounded. Let's see if we can make it to Roblijan beyond Thuoso.
Most of the adventure is to be done using a wide variety of abilities and dumping more than 1 ability score is not recommended, and it's advised that ability score linked to skills be diverse. The adventure will mainly be generated by AI and I will sometimes railroad the party to keep the XP coming from varied types of adventures. Note that even simple adventures will often include some basis of intrigue, even if it only means you have less material gains than a basic world but also earn a favor. When leaving Thuoso, to the rest of Roblijan or its inshore islands, I will balance the enemy types so that having invested in mid stats seem worthwhile; I could also create or use race variants to make things more natural, as opposed to: Oh! A mind flayer group is passing by... again.
This game is intended to be as Rules-as-Intended (RAI) leaning slightly toward Rules-as-Fun (RAF) and I accept custom content that is judged well balanced by reputable reviewers. You do not need a full sheet to join nor final information on that partial sheet. To start with I only need your character name, race, gender, class, ability scores (all modifiers included), along skill proficiencies. All your ability scores modificators can shift by 1, and a--single--by 2, unless you put a convincing argument why you couldn't foresee the necessity for more change; in addition I want half your skill proficiencies to stay the same (or more, just the proficiency not its mod; custom backgrounds are allowed (so you don't need to be worried of picking the right one because of skill proficiency)); at a later point those will be locked (I'm thinking reaching level 3). Upon request I'll assist in the selection but the player need to make the initial choice (even if it's only a review and accepting it as-is).
I do not intend to police players much, although if one of the players want to co-GM and the added policing doesn't ruin the fun too much, I'd welcome it. I'm not versed in D&D 5e 2024 but I'll accept it as long as it doesn't conflict too much with the 2014 version. My main rule is that once an encounter start, a player character (PC) participating--have--to stay in it until it ends and participate at their turn, controlled by the creator's player, another player of their preference, or if none was set any other player, and a--few--rules may be set for other players control (eg don't switch to sling before running out of arrow); I don't want to recalculate the encounter difficulty nor change an interaction to another PC (eg something was told to the mini-boss).
After making the game basis, my main role will be to pass posts to AIs, then select the answer I think is most suited, and possibly ask some correction; since that won't be demanding, I'll also be be playing a character. When there's enough players interested, there will be polls to the starting location as well as where the short prelude should take place.
* similar in size to Faerûn's Heartlands.
† I'm thinking level 15, but--maybe--I'll add some mechanism so that earlier level stand a chance to survive.
