An open playtest of a new edition of D&D. I wonder how in the world Wizards will organize such a massive effort? On the other hand, think of the data they can gather directly from hundreds of thousands of players.

Well, that's a massive, enormous relief. I hate announcements that there's going to be an announcement.

But...as far as I can see, there's no release date in that article. So, we still don't get to stop speculating when 5e is coming.
