Why can't feats, skills, powers, etc.. have several lists?
Alphabetical,
organized by what they do,
organized by class and level,

WOTC should not underestimate the power of web enhancements to disseminate useful information that might not otherwise be able to make it into the final published product. Whatever list does not make it into the book as a table or as part of the inline text (e.g. feat descriptions listed alphabetically), can be distributed by web enhancement, along with anything else that would be nice to have.
