... why 7% larger?

I may just be missing the joke because sickness and 'Quil, but I don't get it.

The specific answer is the joke but I do think there’s a bit more useful there than might be seen at first glance.

DnD settings tend to be so much bigger than they need to be. And the advice fore world building tends towards the big, sprawling worlds.

It’s more of a bottom up approach to world building. If your world is only a little bit bigger than what you need, then you can save so much work.
