Wow. I suddenly have an urge to get an Overstreet guide. None of my comics are in this league, of course, but it makes me wonder what, if anything, my '80s-vintage X-Men are worth.

Bidding started at 99 cents. That's pretty funny considering the reserve has not even been met at over 70,000 dollars. Heck, at 99 cents I would have bid!

Overstreet (considered a pretty definitive source) claims that a copy of Action Comics #1 can be worth as much as $675K, depending on condition.

I don't know how Overstreet handles tracking sales on ebay though.

I'd check out Comic Buyer's Guide, which does a lot of price analysis of comic sales on ebay.
