If that's cool with you, fine as written. If not, probably needs to say, "when you cast a spell using a spell slot granted by your Pact Magic" or something similarly legalese as a condition at the start.Cloak of Twilight is probably fine on just long rests. Seems very strong as short rest.</blockquote>
