A bluff/knife fighter combo...

If I'm not mistaken, successfully bluffing in combat means that the target losses their Dex AC bonus on your next attack.

I remember (vaguely) a feat the allowed this use of Bluff as a free action.

With a fighter/rogue combo, could you concievably Sneak Attack every round? Wouldn't this play into the 'swift and deadly blade' concept?

The invisible blade prestige class from complete warrior is focused on this very thing. One of the class abilities is feint as free action. The feat just allows it as a move action.

I'd have to agree the Brain here... Invisible blade is the way to go.

I've got a Deep Halfling Rogue/Swashbuckler/Invisible Blade who's absolutely deadly with a pair of daggers. If he continues to survive, he may just a take a few levels of Master Thrower to top it off.

Flick of the Wrist (S&S, CW):
Quick draw a light weapon and make a melee attack in the same round. You can catch your opponent flatfooted.
Disadvantage: Only once per round per opponent and per single combat
Advantages: No bluff check required = auto success, possible for all classes (mind the prereqs)
