A book of planar creatures?

A single tome containing all (or at least a large number of) planar creatures would be awfully handy for those of us who are trying to do Planescape in 3.5

Any d20 publishers thinking about putting out such a product? Is it even possible, from a licensing standpoint?

BTW: bravo to all of you working on the Planescape monsters conversion thread, I love the Visage.

Have you considered the Fiend Folio? Most of the creatures in it are extraplanar in origin, and it includes the Rilmani (well three of them) as well as introducing several new creatures. Also, there are quite a few Extraplanar creatures in both MM1 and MM2, some of which where converted from Planescape.

but as for d20 publishers putting out such a product that deals exclusively with extraplanars. I honestly don't know. But you could try the Tome of Horrors. ;)

I'll look for the Fiend Folio.

I've got the 3.5 MM, Manual of the Planes, and Tome of Horrors, all of which have some good material. I was considering looking for the Creature Catalog as well. One concern though is updating monsters from 3.0 sources to 3.5. I know alot of that is being covered in this very forum. It'd be nice if the books could be re-released with updates for 3.5, or if a handy document could be available that could be printed out to provide updates.

Still, it would be nice to have a single volume with most of these beasties, rather than having to carry 3 or more books just for monsters. (any d20 publishers listening? *waves $30*)

A book of planar critters would be nice, I agree.

I have a few original ones myself, I just have to convert them to 3.5, much more fun to create new critters. :p

we have a lot of planar creatures here: http://www.enworld.org/cc/index.php

And its an excellent resource!

However, it can be a little frustrating when having to look up Abishai in some Forgotten Realms book (or so I'm told), the Cambion in the Tome of Horrors, the Visage here in the CC Forum, a Balor in the MM, Tiefling PC stats in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting, and Bauriar PC stats in the MotP.
