A Change to uncanny Dodge

What would be the negative repercussions power-wise of adding this rule; is it too strong:

Uncanny Dodge and Improved Uncanny Dodge:

If a character already has improved uncanny dodge when he gains this bonus feature, he may instead choose to gain any bonus feat with a Dexterity prerequisite.

Also, putting similar text in evasion and improved evasion. Thoughts?

If he already has UD/IUD, then the level stacking (to prevent higher-level Rogues from flanking him) is reward enough, IMHO.

Many critters have only a few levels of Rogue, so just having a few levels of IUD is often good enough; but the BBEG's evil lieutenant may be a full Rogue as high level as the party, and when the Rogue is your level, you know the Sneak Attack is going to hurt!
