There was an episode of the Ghostbusters Cartoon which included a ton of stuff from Lovecraft if I recall.

Two, actually - there was another one with a Great Old One who laired in Russia.

I don't remember the title, or the GOO in question, though...

I think J.M. Straczynski, the creator of Babylon 5, was responsible for both episodes.
