A couple of questions (Powerful Build specific)

Does Powerful Build affect your unarmed damage? What about damage inflicted with the Powerful Charge feat (Mini HB)?

When using Fling Ally or Fling enemy, what happens if you throw them and they strike an enemy, or strike the square the enemy is in?

When using the Knockback feat (RoS), what happens if they hit a wall or another foe?

Does Powerful Build affect your unarmed damage? IMO, no. It only affects the size of the weapons the goliath may use. Also, I don't think an unarmed strike counts as a "special attack".

What about damage inflicted with the Powerful Charge feat (Mini HB)? I would say yes. The Powerful Charge would qualify, IMO, as a "special attack".

When using Fling Ally or Fling enemy, what happens if you throw them and they strike an enemy, or strike the square the enemy is in? "If the ally lands in a square that is occupied, she lands prone in that square" A flung enemy always lands prone is the designated square.

When using the Knockback feat (RoS), what happens if they hit a wall or another foe?
You follow the normal Bull Rush rules. It's not spelled out in the SRD, but usually, when you are forced to enter an occupied square, you fall prone in that square. A Bull Rush against a wall doesn't do much.

It's unclear.

A strict reading of the Powerful Build trait might seem to indicate that it doesn't.

However, the Powerful Wild Shape feat in Races of Stone lets you keep your Powerful Build when Wildshaped and it does let you do more damage with your wildshape's natural weapons. Of course, that's circumstancial evidence.

I'd say that it's a judgment call for DMs, personally. It's not as if it would be unbalancing, or at least, not more unbalancing as using large weapons is.

I'm pretty sure increased damage is noted as a benefit for goliath monks in the classes section. Of course, that's not the same as it being spelled out mechanically, but I think I'd allow it.

For reference, the goliath's powerful build says it gives the following effects:

Whenever a goliath is subject to a size modifier or a special size modifier for an opposed check, he's treated as one size category larger if that'd be advantageous.

A goliath is also considered one size larger when determining whether a creature's SAs based on size affect him.

A goliath can use weapons designed for a creature one size larger without penalty.

Make of that what you will.
