A divine Campain and conflicts in class

Okay guys I seriously need help here. I plan on playing a Campain in which everyone on the planet is very in touch with the Divine. I started to run through the classes and relized that what I was doing to the more combat oriented classes was stepping on the toes of the paladin so I need some ideas for holy(er) versions of the core classes as well as tying this into NPCs.
I also want to know if I should give Arcane casters access to Divine spells.

Unless the connection is so powerful that every creature on the world is born with a level of cleric, what you might want to do is simply give every character a bonus exalted or vile feat that must come from the following list: Disciple of Darkness, Favored of the Champions, Knight of Stars, Servant of the Heavens, or Thrall to Demon.
