Well, Able Learner doesn't do exactly that, but it does something similar -- cross-class skills cost the same as class skills, but they are still limited to level+3 /2.

IIRC, there are a few feats that make specific skills class skills, but nothing that lets you choose your own. Your best bet is to check the Crystal Palace feat index.

There's Cosmopolitan from the FRCS (IIRC). It only adds one skill as a class skill, but you get a +2 bonus on all uses of that skill. I think it was updated in Player's Guide to Faerun to only add +2 on a couple different skills though.

Eberron has Educated which adds all knowledge skills as class skills.

That's all that comes to mind.

Either way...just my 2 cp

Besides what others have mentioned, I don't know anything else in official D&D material (except maybe Kingdoms of Kalamar, which I don't have and don't know much about) that does what you want except for one or two regional feats in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting. Metropolitan, requiring a home region of Waterdeep (think there was another city or two it allowed, don't recall off the top of my head) yields one or two extra class skills.

Outside of that, the Rokugan book by AEG, for 3rd Edition D&D's Oriental Adventures (don't know if it really counts as official D&D material, but it does have the Oriental Adventures log on the cover), has a feat called Versatile. It can be selected multiple times, and each copy gives 2 permanent class skills of the character's choice.

I use a similar feat in my homebrews, instead. Diverse Talents in Rhunaria, or Skill Versatility in Aurelia. Essentially the same as one another with just minor differences; both are only available once and give 3 permanent class skills of choice, with no prerequisites. Some minor restrictions in them regarding psionic or exclusive skills though (I use 3.0 rules in games I DM; exclusive skills were changed to normal skills in 3.5 rules).

Quick Edit: Err, the Metropolitan feat may actually be named Cosmopolitan, it's quite possible I got it mixed up, heh.

There is a feat in either Oriental Adventure or the Rokugan d20 setting that grants two skills as permanent class skills. I can't remember the name at the moment, though I know it started with a V and was a class feature of the Courtier class.

I hope that helped.

Edit: Arkhandus got it. Versatile.

Martial Talent (I think that's what it's called) from ToB allows you to add any of the key skills for any of the 9 disciples as class skills (and does other stuff too, obviously).

glass.
