A few rules questions

A few things that cropped up in my latest session. As we're not sure on the rules, we'd appreciate ENWorld's knowledgable feedback.

* Is it possible to interrupt an interrupt? Consider characters A, B, and C, all standing next to each other. A is a fighter, that has marked B. Now let's say C moves (not a shift, a move), provoking an opportunity attack from B. Does A get an to attack B, since B is making an attack that doesn't include A?

* Just what provoked Opportunity Attacks? Is there a list? Specifically - do we understand correctly that all the following don't provoke OAs: retrieving a potion, administering it to an unconscious character, and standing up.

* Any thoughts on how to handle PCs sliding down a rope, mechanically?

* Can undead heal in between sessions? Do they get a healing surge, like other monsters?

* If a monster has several action points, can it use them all in the same combat, or is she limited to 1 point per encounter?

Thanks for any replies!

A very short list:

  • Moving out of a threatened square.
  • Using a ranged or area power.

That's it.

AFAIK, yes. But remember that Interrupts are limited to one per person per round.

Already answered.

Climb check (Athletics) with a low DC?

Can undead heal in between sessions? Do they get a healing surge, like other monsters?

No idea. I suppose so.

If a monster has several action points, can it use them all in the same combat, or is she limited to 1 point per encounter?

Monsters can use their Action Points in one encounter, but only one per round, IIRC.

They don't.

KotS has an example, when the players can slide down a 50' bloody chain in a single round, by making a athletic DC 15 check. So about 10 or less should be alright.
* Can undead heal in between sessions? Do they get a healing surge, like other monsters?
All monsters of heroic tier get 1 healing surge. Most can not activate by themself during combat, but out of combat there are little issues. Either way, I see no reason for them not to heal up, just like players, after an extended rest, if that is what you wish.
* If a monster has several action points, can it use them all in the same combat, or is she limited to 1 point per encounter?
Can (and should ) use all during the same encounter.

Yes. There are two limitations to immediate actions. You can only use one per round. And you can't use an immediate interrupt during your turn. (PHB page 268)

Already answered. (PHB page 290)

It's sort of a controlled fall. Sounds more appropriate for an acrobatics roll, and apply reduce falling damage rules (PHB page 181). I'd give at least a +5 bonus to the roll, maybe even +10. For someone with the Sure Climber I might be more lenient.

* Can undead heal in between sessions? Do they get a healing surge, like other monsters?

They are no different than any other monster.

* If a monster has several action points, can it use them all in the same combat, or is she limited to 1 point per encounter?

Monsters can spend more than one action point in an encounter (MM pg 6).
