Thsts a great review & the comment in it about the vague 2024 anniversary edition feels very on the mark.

When I first started pushing a5e to my players they kept asking specifics like how a level z dwarf monk looked & I kept laughing whole trying to Express just how much is rebuilt for the better. Eventually I showed the origins table and told one player to pick a race (it was human) it seeing the whole human heritage did in seconds what I had been saying for several minutes leaving them all excited to start digging into the book for real.

I think it's fair and totally deserved, @Morrus!
I agree with pretty much everything said in the review.

I just read this review and I think I agree with every single thing he says!

The only thing I'd add is the design of the heritages, cultures and classes really shows some great ideas and love for building characters, not stat blocks.
