I'm trying to figure out if it should be Mohsilith the Diamond-Willed or Diamond Willed; I suspect the former... But perhaps his diamond will allows him to make his title whatever he wishes.

I just realized his diamond guard is cr20 with 33hp... CUZ IT'S A HORDE MONSTER! nice

I do have one criticism: you have multiple effects that paralyze, that allow saves at the end of turns to end the paralysis, but the different effects have different DCs. It could be a pain to remember which paralyzing effect caused said paralysis so you can remember whether your players are making a DC 19 or DC 26 Wisdom saving throw vs the same creatures paralysis. It's not a game-breaker, and it's certainly not a unique circumstance. Just something I noticed.

I'm not entirely sure where the DC 19 is coming from either, I guess it's Charisma based? The poor super-dragon's Charisma is a measly 15! 8+2cha+8prof.. and an extra +1 in there somewhere?

Crush Ego is brutal though, I love it
