A Jedi Knight in Faerun - Help!

No, the CEREBREMANCER is only Any Arcane/Any Psionic as these are the class's requirements (and benefits):

Requirements
To qualify to become a cerebremancer, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Skills: Knowledge (arcana) 6 ranks, Knowledge (psionics) 6 ranks.
Spells: Able to cast 2nd-level arcane spells.
Psionics: Able to manifest 2nd-level powers.

Benefits (each level) = +1 level of existing arcane spellcasting class / +1 level of existing manifesting class

As for why... because the Arcanist and Psion/Wilder are nearly identical in form and function. Same HD, BAB, Saves, etc. so they blend well into a PrC that maintains that same level of continuity. However, with that said, as a House Rule, I dont see why you couldn't have a divine version. The entire Cerebromancer would be identical except for a very few small changes:

Requirements
Skills: Knowledge (religion) 6 ranks, Knowledge (psionics) 6 ranks.
Spells: Able to cast 2nd-level divine spells.
Psionics: Able to manifest 2nd-level powers.

Class Skills: Exchange Diplomacy (or other cleric oriented skill) for Decipher script, and Knowledge (religion) for (arcana).

Benefits: All the same except...
+1 level of existing divine spellcasting class/+1 level of existing manifesting class

This would maintain the same form/function as the original Theurge.

Take a look at Green Ronin's Psychic Handbook, and see if it works for you. The psychic system in it is pretty close to Star Wars' Force system. So all you have to do is take the Jedi classes from Star Wars and replace the Force powers with psychic abilities, and off you go ;)

Including the nifty equivalent to the Lightsaber...

hmmm. i always thought Jedi started out wayback when as psionisist/monk multi-classers. then they developed the classic jedi wasis.

Jedi Light Sabre

Hi,

In pursuit of simulating a Jedi Master in FRCS, I have encountered a possibility to create a Jedi Light Sabre Weapon. Thunderlance Spell from FRCS creates a staff made of force for a duration of a 1 round/level. I was thinking to cast that spell with Meta Magic Feat Persistency. This could allow my mage to draw his force weapon when needed (the weapon can be resized between 1 to 20 feet freely!) with a duration of 24 hours.

Now to trickery part: Can anyone verify if Extend and Persistency(Tome of Blod) Metamagic feats work with Thunderlance Spell?

Before anyone protesting that Thunderlance (level 4 spell) with persistency (+4 extra levels) would make this combination to a level 8 spell, I would like to add that this mage is a Spelldancer(MoF) who can alter metamagic feats by performing a spelldance.

Thanks
Bouncer :)
