Behold, my latest munchkin scheme! (Note-no sane DM would still ever allow it)
Using only WotC-made material, a level 1 human spellcaster, or level 3 spellcaster of any other race can have spell DCs into the billions!
How?
Easy:
1) Fact: You can apply the same metamagic feat more than once to a spell, provided that you can cast a spell level of that high.
Feat:
Sanctum Spell, from Tome and Blood: (To paraphrase) For +0 level enhancement to the spell, add +1 to its spell level (as heighten spell, so this includes spell DCs) when the spell is cast within your chosen area and -1 to its spell level when its cast out of it.
Apply Sanctum Spell to any spell 1 billion times, Result:
For a +0 level enhancement, add +1,000,000,000 to your spell's DC when cast within your sanctum, but -1,000,000,000 out of it.
Just a fun thought even though no sane DM would allow it
