Yep, Eberron also has one or more setting-specific ones.

At least in 3.0 there were still others, like DR/wood but I guess they would have changed in 3.5.

Just remember your conjunctions. "Or" means its one or the other and "and" means it must be both. I am also a fan of putting "non-" in front such as DR 5/nonballistic, which I use for some armors. And I don't think ballistic has been mentioned, but that's modern.

These are the most common.

dr/material (cold iron, silver, byshek, jade, whatever)
dr/enchantment (magic, epic)
dr/alignment (good, evil, lawful, chaotic)
dr/damage type (bludgeoning, slashing, piercing)
dr/- (impenetrable, basically hardness for living creatures)

Some dr could be more exotic.

dr/weapon blessed by cleric of a certain god
dr/specific enchantment (weapon must be keen; or shocking; or an appropriate bane)

Some drs are combined or allow a choice.
dr/good AND piercing
dr/adamantine OR lawful
